Overview

What we offer

After the successful completion of ITC/STC certification program from ILA, we provide a platform for participants to volunteer for the Internship.

This opportunity will enable them to gain practical experience in the training and coaching industry through live assignments, speaking opportunities, public workshops, etc with a commitment for excellence.

The 1 month non-remunerated Internship program at ILA is designed to drive the right set of outcomes for a participant to kick start their training and coaching journey ahead with a global impact.

Pre-requisites

This opportunity is only open for ILA certified ITC/STC Trainer and Coach.
Interested candidates to share their updated Trainer/Coach profile at support@ila-old.justmayank.com after completion of the course.
The profiles will be screened and shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend 1 Hour Kick Off Session – which includes a brief on the work assignments, commitments, expected results, career road map and any Q/A with regards to the Internship.
On Confirmation of selection, the candidates are required to share their consent to the Code of Conduct via email.

Q1. What is the duration the Internship?

The duration of this Internship is 4 weeks.

Q2. Is it mandatory to enroll for the Internship?

No! While it is not mandatory, it gives an opportunity to grab hands-on learnings.

Q4. What kind of work will I be doing as an Intern?

As an Intern one is expected to work on the practical aspect of all important models, strategies and methodologies that they have learned during the certification program with ILA.

Q5. How will the work be scheduled?

Interns are expected to invest 1-2 hours daily.
Interns are expected to work virtually (Zoom) for 60mins daily.
Interns must share their Weekly Activity/Review Tracker every Monday by end of the day.

Q6. Is it mandatory to complete the entire Internship?

Yes! We mandate Interns to have 100% attendance unless there is an emergency or official commitment at work place/travel.
If any Intern is unable to contribute continuously for 2 weeks, they will be requested to move out to the next upcoming batch or will be dissolved from the program.
In case the Intern drops out from the Internship after completion of 2 weeks of the Program, they must find a replacement for their role.

Q7. Will I be hired by ILA after my Internship?

There is no employment promise at the end of Internship. However, the best performers would get an opportunity to work with ILA as freelancers/consultants/partners either on a full or part time basis.
